What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping with tracking, in partnership with Royal Mail.

Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 12:00 p.m. (GMT, London time) are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours.

Delivery within the United Kingdom generally takes between 5 and 8 business days.

What if I want to return my order?

You can return your item within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except in cases of defective product or an error on our part. Once the return is received and verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
